The magic of Sanghé — a concert from Indian, Chinese, and Western traditions.The magic of Sanghé — a concert where Indian, Chinese, and Western classical music meet and mingle. Friends through music and spirituality, Anjana Suta (Esraj & Mridanga), Jiva Housden (Guitar), Ziyang Huang (Erhu), and Narotam Horn (Piano) will perform solo sets that reveal each artist’s unique voice, as well as collaborative pieces where melodies weave together in beautiful, unexpected ways. From the haunting beauty of Raga Darbari to the spirited charm of Catalan folk tunes, the lyrical expressiveness of traditional Chinese erhu, and the shimmering atmospheres of improvised piano.
